At Ellie Seattle, we want you to love every piece of your home. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for most items in original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a pre-paid shipping label and return authorization code.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the pre-paid label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned home goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
